Managing my customer relationships
- Log onto IBM Service Request (SR) - http://www.ibm.com/support/servicerequest/.
- Select "Customer administration" from the right side of the header section. A new window will be overlayed.
- Choose "Update" on the top menu bar to manage an existing relationship.
- Choose "Add" to request a new relationship.
- Choose "New requests" to approve a customer-initiated relationship request.
