Managing my customer relationships

  1. Log onto IBM Service Request (SR) - http://www.ibm.com/support/servicerequest.
  2. Select "Customer administration" from the left "Manage support registrations" box
    1. Choose "Update" on the top menu bar to manage an existing relationship
    2. Choose "Add" to request a new relationship
    3. Choose "New requests" to approve a customer-initiated relationship request
